I am the office manager at our small town practice. Although we have just one dentist and two hygienist my daily tasks are packed to the brim. From confirming patients, to billing statements, checking insurance, going over reports, keeping a tab on all things office related and now sleep apnea patients and learning the medical insurance ropes you can see how I was very hesitant to want to dive into another "task" of learning all things Oral Appliance related. I knew zero on medical and sleep patients BI (before imagn!). The first webinar that I did on imagn made me think "maybe I can actually handle this". Boy was I shocked after the first "over the phone consult" with the staff at imagn. I hung the phone up and thought there is no way I can handle all of this on top of everything else. My dad, the dentist here, was very persistent in telling me to just stick with it and I am so glad he did! After the first in-office training session I knew we had found just the right company to help us get this new platform started here in our office. Heather, Crystal, and Alex were all so helpful and most importantly very patient with me and our entire staff on teaching and training us. I am still not 100% efficient in going through a patient start to finish but I am very close! Repetition is the key for me and its very soothing for me to know that when I get stuck or have a question that Heather is always available to take my call and walk me through it. The software is very user friendly and integrates with our Dentrix perfectly. imagn has actually made "all things related to Oral Appliances" very exciting to learn about. So grateful I happened across that very first webinar on imagn software last year and took the time to learn more about them. It has made the transition to medical insurance and treating sleep apnea a lot easier!
